Story: This downtown high-rise condo overlooking the river was completely reimagined, remodeled from the ground up to reflect the creative spirit of its homeowner, an avid art collector. Every finish is new, with a priority on luxe tile selections, and a fireplace was added to anchor the living space. Rich contrast trim and a serene palette of blues, greens, and pastels bring depth and calm, while curated textiles, bespoke furnishings, and sculptural lighting add an elevated, collected feel. Expressive wallpapers, grasscloth, and lacquered cabinetry introduce texture and charm, punctuating traditional elements with moments of surprise. Classic silhouettes are reimagined through unexpected fabrics and bold combinations. Each room feels distinct yet cohesive, unified by thoughtful layering and an editorial sensibility. An embrace of color, pattern, and personality across every space — from the foyer and dining room to the kitchen and living room, three bedrooms, and two baths. Polished, yet playful. Vibrant, yet serene. Rhythm and contrast that echo the city’s energy while offering a sense of calm above it all. Our client wanted a gallery-worthy backdrop – and we think it delivers.
